Did I mention times flying by...!!!

I cant believe its been almost a month since I have posted anything...seems like it was just yesterday. Well its almost midnight so its going to be a short one! My baby is going to be two in just over a month and I dont know how its possible!! We went and had his first hair cut a week ago...he doesnt look like the same kid. He had curly hair but it was starting to get in his eyes and he started walking into things...like the walls!! My little princess is getting so big!! Shes going to be six months here in three weeks. I've been working on a couple projects here and there and hopefully I will get to post them with in the next couple days. Made a couple burp cloths for my sister...my second nephew is going to be here any time so I had to light a fire under me to get his "Welcome" gift ready...really love how the burp cloths turned out...i will post pictures later. TWO years later and im almost finished with Ryders blanket I have been making. Well its off to bed for me. Night!!

Picture Perfect

I had some of these in the house so i wanted to try out some new designs. It stared out as just an unfinshed frame and some paper and ribbon later we get a beautiful frame. The only thing i wish i would have done different was put a fatter "L" in Mikaelas name. I got kind of hooked...im on number three right now and im almost done with it. Oh how time flys

Starting to think about Ryders Birthday party that coming up here soon. My babys going to be Two!!! We are going to have a Toy Story theme...although everything is Buzz. Im thinking of doing a dessert bar instead of a cake...cake pops, cookies, different flavor chocolate filled cups. Need a couple more ideas for that but ya. Still dont know what i want to do as far as food, right now a sub just doesnt sound good...maybe because we do that for everything. Anyways alot of planning to do still....

Mommys little Princess

Made Mikaela a flower waist band but couldnt resist putting it on her head. I loved making her a black and hot pink tutu and putting it on her. She liked pulling on the tulle. The tutu dress was my favorite to make and paired with the flower band it came out so cute!! Not to practical for her to just lay in but it was just to cute...my little Tink!!

The Old West Diaper Duty

Sisters baby shower has come and gone...seemed like the day passed really fast. We (me and my mother) threw her and Victor a western/cowboy themed baby shower since that is how they are decorating Kholbys room. It all actually came out really nice. We had patato sack races...some people fell flat on their faces and others did more than once...not mentioning any names...mom. Videos were made and some time in the future may even be posted!! And the prize was a bottle of Jack! The guys had to drink beer from baby bottles...many different ways were tried and everyone was close but there could only be one winner. There was a horse shoe toss...no one was very good...Kaylie and Victors neighbor won....and no one even came close to second! The last game was a western word scrabble...it took everyone forever to get done...and who cant spell Lasso? Well actually...a good chunck of them...wow people. The kids got to hit open a boot shaped pinata. The part i had the most fun doing was making their diaper cake (above), I got to be creative and paint all at the same time...I had to do like five minutes at a time or when the kids were asleep...but it was fun and different. I have to say this was my fourth diaper cake and i think that the simpler cakes turn out better. When they are packed with stuff they dont turn out as good. Any ways it turned out really nice!!

Sin City Baby!!!

Just took a trip to Vegas and had the time of my life!! I couldnt ask for better friends and no drama...well...lol you had to be there. A big thanks to Jenns parents for getting us in to Pure VIP, and Jenn for setting it all up. First time at a night club, and I have to say it was fun!! After a couple drinks it was fun fighting our way to the bathroom through a crowd of a couple hundred. Just had to do a little shimmy and shake. Jenn and Lance are now poker buddies for life...and me and kyle are the ones that like to take their winnings and lose it in a heart beat!! Kyle got yelled at for saying fuck...bitch...and a slew of other words at the poker table by Diane...he started the cuss words over again when we got a new dealer. The food was amazing...and thanks again to Greg for picking up the dinner tab!! The view from our room was the fountain and the show it did! Got my self a big drink that i could just strap around my neck and didnt have to carry...worked out nice. Oh, and no shit...me, kyle and toph got to see a dude on the side of the road that got ran over..."In the face"!! A white dude never looked so dark before. We drove by the Pawn Starts pawn shop and there was a mile long line to get into that place...lance was driving so we didnt stop! The first night we got there the girls went and got our make up done at the MAC store...it was nice. And on the car ride home I slept for most of the ride. Great trip!!
